Sports Physical Docs was founded by Dr. Sadat Smith and Dr. Frederic Freeman, who have spent nearly 30 years practicing and serving families throughout Central Florida, including Ocoee, MetroWest, Windermere, Downtown Orlando, and Apopka. As longtime healthcare providers and parents who watched their own children grow up playing sports in the Central Florida community, they understand firsthand how much parents juggle to keep their kids healthy, active, and ready to play. They created Sports Physical Docs to bring a needed resource directly to the communities they already know and love, making quality sports physicals more convenient, affordable, and accessible by meeting young athletes right where they are: at their schools and on their fields.
